  1. How can I contact your company?

  2. How many times can I use your footage for commericial puropses?
    Unlike some stock footage, you are licensed to use our products a many times as you wish for commercial purpopses. The only exception is that you may not repackage our product and sell it as part of another clip art/stock footage product or for use as clip art/stock footage.
  3. I would like to include your clips as part of another product(such as clip art or other software). How can I do this?

  4. I would like a set of custom video clips created for a project. Can you help me with this?

  5. I get strange colors when I view your video clips. What's the problem?
    You may be experiencing video hardware acceleration issues. You can check this by reducing the hardware acceleration settings for you video driver. In Windows™ right click on an empty area of the desktop and select Properties (In Vista™ select Display Properties). Go to the Settings tab and select Advanced. A new dialog will pop up. Select the Troublehshoot tab and reduce the Hardware Acceleration setting. You may need to try several different settings, based on your graphics card.
  6. I get no sound when I view your video clips. What's the problem?
    You may be experiencing audio hardware acceleration issues. You can check this by reducing the hardware acceleration settings for you audio system. In Windows™ select the Start menu and select Settings, and then Control Panel. Locate Sounds And Audio Devices and select it. In the Volume tab, you should see a section called "Speaker Settings". Click the Advanced button. A new dialog will pop up. Select the Performance tab. You can reduce the Hardware Acceleration setting for your audio hardware on this page. You may need to try several different settings, based on your audio card.
